Kitchen Quickies: My Sister’s Pancakes
For as long as I can remember, I have cooked for my sister. She was very “unable” to feed herself. Besides being able to put something in the microwave, she could do nothing. At all. When she moved away, I made sure that her freezer was stocked full of cooked meals so that she could just pull one out and microwave it. I needed to know that she was eating decent food. I know, she was this way because of me. In my defense, I was the better the cook... way better.
When Amy got married, things changed. She started to cook. Then she had kids, and became a regular Betty Crocker! By this time, I had had it! Like…who does she think I am? I felt used. So, I stole this recipe from her. She owed me. And now, I am obligated to share it with you guys...because that’s the kind of person I am.
The world’s easiest made from scratch Pancake Recipe that I stole from my sister:

1 cup Flour
2TBSP Sugar
2tsp Baking Powder
2TBSP Butter (I use a little more just because it’s the right thing to do…and I saw my sister do it, so I stole that idea too. Don't judge me.)
1 cup Milk
1 large Egg
There you have it! Super easy. Super good. Super fun to make with the kids. Please enjoy! You see what I had to endure just to get her to cook something for me!
